Find a useful problem, overlooked opportunity, niche, or underperforming asset.
How we work
We would rather learn the truth early than spend months polishing an idea nobody needs.
Find a useful problem, overlooked opportunity, niche, or underperforming asset.
Test whether people care enough to use it, pay for it, or change behavior.
Create or acquire the smallest useful asset that can deliver real value.
Figure out how the asset produces revenue or measurable business value.
Grow what works, simplify operations, and reduce unnecessary founder effort.
Hold, grow, license, sell, park, or move on based on the evidence.
The rule underneath it all
We prefer building or acquiring things that can keep producing value over work that permanently depends on selling more founder hours.
That does not mean every idea needs to become a giant company. Small, useful, profitable, transferable things count.
